Okay... this is one of those sites that has *almost* everything... emphasis on almost... great inviting graphics but where it fails—it is not centered!!!! Why???!! I love pie!! Who doesn't?! I love the colors on this site, the imagery, the navigation, it's just nice but it just fails short... perhaps they'll correct it?! We can only hope!

The internet has been a Godsend to all those that are visual, it has inspired us and I honestly think it has made many of us more aware of the world around us and our quest for what we think is aesthetically pleasing... I can't make out who created this image, but I really thought it was strong.

I love white backgrounds, they're clean and they let a good design/layout do its' job. This is so simple and yet it works. I am really beginning to appreciate the very "techie" sites or the very clean and simple sites. I respect the work it takes to do the techie sites but the simple sites speak volumes.

City Bird

The logo I designed for myself and the store I hope to open... I really think it works well. I wanted to incorporate the hardness of "the city" and the softness of the birds and I wanted to do it with a contemporary feel.

I love TASC, they're a great organization but... Is it also Gay Pride for Cockatoo Day? This is one of those things that was obviously not thought out... I love it, but of course, I love birds and gay pride--this just brings them together!

I find this company unusual...they produce some of the most creative sights I have ever seen but yet their home page is lacking the excitement they incorporate into their clients sites....it's frustrating! I want to see the same playfulness, the same engaging atmosphere and yet they leave you hanging like someone who has had great sex for an hour and yet the climax never happens... bummer! Undoubtedly, if you live in the Chicago metropolitan area and are a designer, this is the company to try to get in with.
